Exceptional Commitment

Lane presented the company very professionally during the initial presentation, without over-selling. It was a comprehensive presentation of what their approach to putting a new roof on our home would entail beyond just 'getting a new roof.' From that point forward, every element of the project was executed with a strong commitment to a thorough effort. The weather was not friendly; cold wind and early morning snow gave their crew a lot to manage beyond the construction itself. They had to wait until 10 am to start due to the freeze. At 4pm, I thought 'no way to finish today.' At 7 pm they were done. Methodical crew knew what they were doing and no time was wasted. Yet I don't think they rushed. The new roof looks really good. The cost seemed completely reasonable. I would highly recommend the team and Idaho Roofing Contractors. Their exclusive relationship with Owens Corning made a difference to me, too.
